Facilitation

I can design and facilitate focus groups, workshops and awaydays to help your team and your stakeholders: assess your performance; conduct SWOT exercises, brainstorm future priorities, or practice different ways of working.

Group Coaching

Group coaching offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with others who share some of the same professional challenges and ambitions. My aim is to create an environment where everyone in the group feels safe and supported, and can benefit from a sense of camaraderie and mutual understanding. Together you can explore shared experiences, and benefit from the informed but diverse perspectives within the group. This can sharpen your goal-setting and give you more ideas for practical steps forward. Most importantly, you will co-create a lasting network to maintain your motivation, and foster accountability.
